Blanton Homes, LLC was organized in 2005 by Troy Blanton after spending many years in the construction industry. Troy comes from a family of contractors, including his uncle, with whom he worked with for over 12 years before forming his own company. Troy's clients rave about his outstanding carpentry skills and attention to every little detail. He is also known for his excellent customer service, communication skills and his efforts to meet the needs of every client.

Troy Blanton:

Troy went to the University of Washington, and is continuously improving his education and training. He is currently working toward the Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) designation from the Master Builders Association (MBA) of King and Snohomish Counties. Troy is also committed to ongoing training for himself and his team, and is an active participant in classes through the Journal of Light Construction (JLC) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Troy is responsible for estimating and project management at Blanton Homes.

Troy grew up and has lived in the Seattle area for his entire life. He takes great pride in revitalizing homes, increasing their energy efficiency, and enhancing their value along with the neighborhoods around them. He currently lives in Magnolia with his wife Kari and dog Bella.

Kari Blanton:

Kari is responsible for all the operations and accounting at Blanton Homes. After studying political science and business at UCLA, she returned to Seattle where she was born and raised. Her professional experience includes finance, accounting, and real estate development and sales. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is a licensed real estate agent.
